The newly transferred, Regional Coordinating Director (RCD) Mr. Sampson A. Kwarteng assumed work today after a short handing over ceremony at the office of the Ahafo Regional Coordinating Council (AHRCC).

In a short statement, the Regional Minister Hon. George Boakye, acknowledged the presence of the Two (2) Regional Coordinating Directors, Mr. Ebenezer Amoah and Mr. Sampson A. Kwarteng (the outgoing and the incoming RCD’s, respectively). He expressed his profound gratitude to Mr. Amoah for His excellent work he has demonstrated during his tenure. Again he promised to give all the necessary support to the new coming RCD as he assumes his new office.

Mr. Sampson A. Kwarteng pledge to continue from where his predecessor has left and appealed to the Regional Minister and the entire staff to extend the same cordial working relationship to him.

In a brief statement, Mr. Ebenezer Amoah thanked the Regional Minister the Management and the entire staff for their support and cooperation during his tenure as the RCD. He also called on all the staff to extend the same or even better cooperation to the new RCD.

Present at the ceremony were the Municipal Coordinating Director from Asunafo North, Mr. Alhaji Mohammed, Regional Director for Environmental Protection Agency, Regional Director for Education, Mrs. Lucy Ama Ankrah, Coordinating Director for Tano South Municipal Assembly, Staff and Heads of Units at the RCC.
