The Ahafo Regional Minister, Hon. Charity Gardiner, on Tuesday, 11th February, 2025 held a brief meeting with all Regional Heads of Departments, Agencies and Services across the Region at the Conference Room of the Regional Co-ordinating Council, Goaso.
The meeting was intended to afford the Hon. Regional Minister the opportunity to introduce herself to the various departmental heads and to learn at first hand what their core mandates were.
The Heads of Department took turns to introduce themselves and also share their core mandates with the Hon. Regional Minister while highlighting their activities.
Hon. Charity Gardiner in her address to the Heads extended the felicitations of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, the President of the Republic of Ghana to the workers of the Region. She emphasized the importance of teamwork and unity among all staff which in her view would precipitate the rapid development of the region. In addition, she indicated that the Heads of Department should let the tenets of transparency and accountability be the bedrock on which all their activities would fall.
