The Regional Security Liaison Officer, Alhaji Osman Ahmed was accompanied by his able staff, the District Liaison Officers to pay a courtesy visit to the Ahafo Regional Minister, Hon. (Mrs.) Charity Gardiner at her office at the Ahafo Regional Co-ordinating Council, Goaso on Thursday, 8th May, 2025. The purpose of the visit was to present their appointment letters to the Regional Minister and to formally introduce themselves in their new roles.
The delegation was warmly received by the Hon. Regional Minister, Hon. (Mrs.) Charity Gardiner who expressed her appreciation for the visit. She congratulated the Regional Security Liaison Officer and his team on their appointment and welcomed them to the region.
In her remarks, the Hon. Regional Minister appealed to the newly appointed officers to support her in realising the vision that the government has for the people of the Ahafo Region. She emphasized the importance of collaboration and respect for the office noting that unity and mutual respect are essential for effective governance and the development of the Region.
The Regional Security Liaison Officer assured the Hon. Regional Minister of their readiness to work in close partnership with the other stakeholders to ensure the stability, security and development of the Ahafo Region.
