Asutifi South District WASH Advisory Group held their second meeting on Thursday 20th March,2025 to discussed on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene complaints received for the month of February,2025 in the district.
The opening remakes by the chairman of the WASH Team, the complaints received and discussed during the previous Advisory Group meeting were assessed to see how those complaints and challenges had been assessed and resolved
The client service officer gave out the complaints received for the month of February for discussion.
The complaints received for the month were ten(10),under the review complaints cuts across Waste Management, Hygiene and Water and Sanitation.
Out of the ten complaints, two(2) needed urgent response and those urgent were resolved after the complaints were lodged
The remaining eight(8) needs administrative and solutions were discussed during the meeting.
Delegation were sent to visit some complaints and report back to the team for further action.
The meeting came to a closure successfully with a renewed mindset by the members to approach WASH Issues in the district.
