The Executive Members of the Tertiary Education Institutions Network (TEIN) of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the Goaso Nursing and Midwifery Training College paid a courtesy call on the Ahafo Regional Minister, Hon. (Mrs.) Charity Gardiner, on Monday, 28th April, 2025.
The purpose of the visit was to formally congratulate Hon. (Mrs.) Gardiner on her appointment as Ahafo Regional Minister and to express their support and goodwill. As part of the visit, the delegation presented a citation in her honour, commending her dedication to public service and her strong commitment to the development of the Ahafo Region.
In response, Hon. (Mrs.) Gardiner expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the warm gesture and recognition. She praised the delegation for their thoughtfulness and initiative and assured them of her continuous support, not only for the growth of the Party’s youth wing, but also for the broader development aspirations of the region.
The visit concluded with a brief interaction, during which the Hon. Regional Minister encouraged the young leaders to remain focused, committed and proactive in contributing positively to their respective communities and the nation at large. The TEIN executives, in turn, pledged to uphold the values of service, accountability, transparency, integrity, unity and selflessness to continue working collaboratively to support development efforts in the Ahafo Region. It was a moment of mutual inspiration and renewed commitment to great NDC Party and progress of the Ahafo Region.
